These terms apply to your use of this website. Your event itself is governed by the separate rental agreement you sign with us, and where the two differ, that signed agreement controls.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse this site and to contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you have not been given access to, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry through this site does not reserve a date. A date is only held once we have a signed event agreement and the required deposit, as described on our pricing page and in your agreement.

Pricing and availability

We keep the pricing and availability shown here as current as we can, but details can change and errors can happen. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The figures in your written proposal and signed agreement are the ones that apply.

Photography and content

The photographs, text, and design on this site belong to The Barns of Lost Creek or to the photographers who created them, and are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking us first.

Links to other sites

We link to vendors and resources we think will help you. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be online or error free. We may update or change it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Barns of Lost Creek is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
