1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of lostcreekbarns.com and every page, form and tool on it, including our inquiry form and discovery call booking calendar. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Lost Creek Barns LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company doing business as The Barns of Lost Creek, located at W6124 Pierce County Rd N, Beldenville, WI 54003. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Lost Creek Barns LLC, and "you" means anyone using the site.

3. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old to send an inquiry or book a call through this site. You are welcome to browse, read, and contact us. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• submit false information, or inquire in someone else's name without their permission;
• send spam, advertising, or unlawful, threatening or abusive content through our forms;
• try to access areas of the site you have not been given access to, including the owner dashboard;
• interfere with the site's operation, security or performance, or introduce malicious code;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or contact details from the site by automated means.

We may block or ignore submissions, or restrict access to the site, if these terms are broken.

4. Inquiries, calls and tours

Our inquiry form and booking calendar let you tell us about your plans and set up a time to talk. Please give us accurate contact details so we can reply.

• An inquiry is not a reservation. Sending a form, booking a discovery call, or touring the property does not hold a date or create any obligation for you or for us.
• Discovery calls. When you book a call, you will receive a confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation or contact us so the time can go to someone else.
• Tours. Tours are by appointment. The Barns of Lost Creek is a working property with fields, trails, a creek and animals, so please wear suitable footwear, supervise any children with you, and follow the guidance of our team while you are here.

5. Bookings and your event agreement

Your event is governed by the written event agreement you sign with us, together with any invoices issued under it. That agreement sets out the dates, package, payment schedule, deposits, cancellation terms, venue rules and everything else about your event. A date is only reserved once that agreement is signed and the required deposit is paid.

If anything on this website conflicts with your signed event agreement, the signed agreement controls.

6. Pricing and availability

We work to keep the packages, prices, inclusions and availability shown on this site accurate and current, but they are provided for general information, can change without notice, and may occasionally contain errors. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee that a date is available. The prices and terms in your written proposal and signed event agreement are the ones that apply to you.

7. Text messages and email

When you give us your phone number or email address through this site, including through our inquiry form or booking calendar, you agree that we may contact you by text message and email about your inquiry, your discovery call or tour, and your event.

• What you will receive. Replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about planning your event.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and event.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Email messages include a way to unsubscribe.
• Not a condition. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. What you send us

You are responsible for the information you send through this site, and you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use what you send to respond to you and to plan your event.

If you share feedback, a review, or photos of your event with us and give us permission to feature them, you allow us to display them on this site and in our marketing, and we may credit you by first name unless you ask us not to. Reviews you post on third-party platforms may also appear on this site through those platforms' own tools.

9. Our photos and content

The text, photographs, video, graphics, logos and design of this site belong to Lost Creek Barns LLC or to the photographers and creators who own them and allow us to use them. The Barns of Lost Creek name and logo are ours.

You may view and share pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial planning, for example sending a link to your partner or family. Please do not copy, republish, edit or use our photos or content for any commercial purpose, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

Some features of this site are provided by other companies, including our booking calendar, reviews display and maps. This site also links to listing sites and vendors we think may help you. Those services and sites are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A vendor appearing on our site is not a guarantee of their work; please choose vendors based on your own judgement.

11. Disclaimers

This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error free, or that information on it is complete or current. Photos show the property and past events and may not reflect the exact setup, season or decor of a future event.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Creek Barns LLC and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website or any third-party service connected to it.

This section applies to your use of the website only. Our responsibilities for your event are set out in your signed event agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lost Creek Barns LLC and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site, content you submit through it, or your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a question or disagreement about this website comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pierce County, Wisconsin, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us about your use of this website, and your signed event agreement governs your event.
